We are AO Cedar Creek! Join the newest AO in the Shenandoah Region as we cultivate strength, camaraderie, and personal growth in the historic Middletown, Virginia. Our sessions blend dynamic exercises, functional training, and natural elements to challenge your body and accelerate your limits. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, a beginner, or anywhere in between, our peer led workouts cater to all levels, offering modifications as needed, fostering friendships and a sense of belonging, and embracing the F3 Credo: “Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you found him”. We welcome High Impact Men (HIM) of all ages, giving younger and more “seasoned” members the same opportunity to connect with men, discover hidden potential, and become a thriving member of the F3 community.
