During the month of September, we will join the rest of F3 Nation in the 7th annual IronPAX Challenge, a competition consisting of 4 weekly workouts. These are workouts meant to push you beyond your limits (You vs. You). Remember: modify when necessary, and pick up the 6.

In June, family and friends of F3 Shenandoah and FiA Shenandoah Valley enjoyed some 2ndF and held the 1st Annual Regional Picnic! Thank you to all who came out!! Even though it was 2ndF, we still planted our flags!! 

This month we paid tribute to the brave men and women who have made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, serving as military personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, or emergency medical services personnel. By participating in these workouts, we honor their memories and sacrifices.

Several of our F3 Shenandoah members took to the streets of downtown Winchester during the annual Valley Health 10K during the Apple Blossom Festival. Well done, men! 

F3 Shenandoah held our inaugural beatdown at AO IronWorks on 4-2-24 (palindrome intended). Suspension led us in a game of F3 baseball that could only be perfected with a rainstorm that just would not quit. Too bad for the rainstorm--F3 is held outdoors regardless of the weather conditions and needless to say, this ballgame did not incur a rain delay.

F3 Shenandoah kicked off our region with an exciting opportunity to be a part of March Madness Tournament Challenge with not only your Brothers in the Gloom,  but also with family and friends. Part of the proceeds went to local charity, AbbaCare.

Applseed hosted an F3 Shenandoah convergence, including our newly formed Females in Action (FiA) Winchester. 

Several of our members competed in a series of 8 races from December 3 to March 9.

Every Sunday during the month of January we met and did burpees to meet our goals for the Make America Burpee Again Challenge!

F3 Shenandoah completed over 3,100 burpees per person during the month of January.
